1. Defective or Incorrect Items

We offer an exchange period of up to 7 days from the date of delivery. The terms are as follows:

  • Report within 2 Days: If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please notify us via WhatsApp within 48 hours. We will arrange a complimentary (free) exchange for you.

  • Report between Day 3 and Day 7: For issues reported after the 2nd day but within the 7-day window, an exchange can still be processed. However, a standard delivery fee of $15 – $20 will apply to cover logistics costs.

2. Final Deadline

  • After 7 Days: Strictly no exchanges or refunds will be accepted for any reason once 7 days have passed since the delivery date. We encourage all customers to inspect their orders immediately upon arrival.

To provide the fastest possible resolution, we handle all requests exclusively via WhatsApp. We do not monitor email for support requests, as this may lead to delays.
